The power of serverless GraphQL with AppSync

GraphQL is built by Facebook to solve Facebook’s problems. Why would you care about it? Many of the popular technologies and architectures are made for specific issues that large companies have. GraphQL is one of them, but there are many others, such as Kubernetes or microservices. Many of them look promising and cool. However, not all of them are useful for your business. Also, we do not have time to master all of the popular technologies and tools, and we need to pick ones that matter.

Let me tell you the story about serverless GraphQL, and why you should care about it. This is not a story about a 10x developer or any other mythical superstar. It’s a story about a developer such as you and me, a developer that does it’s best to build incredible products for real people, but often faces short deadlines, complex problems, and lack of skills.
